Sunan an-Nasa'i 3775
Al-Laith narrated from Ibn Shihab, from Abu Salamah bin 'Abdur-Rahman, from Jabir, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'Whoever gives a life-long gift to a man, it belongs to him and to his heirs; his words (when he gave the gift) put an end to his rights over it, and it belongs to the one to whom it was given on the basis of 'Umra, and to his heirs.'

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: تم میں سے جو قسم کھائے اور کہے: لات ( بت ) کی قسم، تو اسے چاہیئے کہ وہ لا الٰہ الا اللہ پڑھے، اور جو اپنے ساتھی سے کہے: آؤ تمہارے ساتھ جوا کھیلیں گے ) تو اسے چاہیئے کہ صدقہ کرے
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Tum mein se jo qasam khaye aur kahe: Lat ( but ) ki qasam, to use chahiye ke woh la ilaha illallah parhe, aur jo apne sathi se kahe: Ao tumhare sath jua khelenge ) to use chahiye ke sadaqah kare
أَخْبَرَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، عَنِ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ حَلَفَ مِنْكُمْ فَقَالَ بِاللاَّتِ فَلْيَقُلْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَمَنْ قَالَ لِصَاحِبِهِ تَعَالَ أُقَامِرْكَ فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ " .
