Sunan an-Nasa'i 3774
It was narrated from Hisham bin 'Urwah, from his father, from 'Abdullah bin Az-Zubair, that the Messenger of Allah said: Any man who gives a lifelong gift to another man, it belongs to him (the recipient) and to his descendants, and to those who inherit from him.

عبدالرحمٰن بن سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے فرمایا: اپنے باپ دادا کی قسم نہ کھاؤ، اور نہ طاغوتوں ( جھوٹے معبودوں ) کی ۔
Abdul Rahman bin Samrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Nabi-e-Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Apne bap dada ki qasam na khaoo, aur na taaghooton (jhoote ma'buudon) ki.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ وَلاَ بِالطَّوَاغِيتِ " .
