Sunan an-Nasa'i 3847
Ibn Abbas (رضئ هللا تعالی عنہ) narrated that a woman traveled by sea and vowed to fast for a month, but she died before she could fast. Her sister came to the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and told him about that, and he told her to fast on her behalf.’

عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: معصیت کی کوئی نذر نہیں، اور نہ ہی غضب میں، اور اس کا کفارہ قسم کا کفارہ ہے ۔
Imran bin Husain ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a kehte hain ke Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Maasiyat ki koi nazar nahin, aur nah hi ghazab mein, aur is ka kaffarah qasam ka kaffarah hai.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ وَلاَ غَضَبٍ وَكَفَّارَتُهُ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ " .
