Sunan an-Nasa'i 3974
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, 'I have been commanded to fight the people until they say - ُ َّالَ إِلَهَ إِالَّ َّللا [there is no God but Allah]. Once they said that, their wealth and their lives are safe from me, except for a right that is due, and their reckoning will be with Allah, the Mighty and Sublime?'

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: مجھے حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ میں لوگوں سے جنگ کروں، یہاں تک کہ وہ لا الٰہ الا اللہ کہیں تو جس نے یہ کہہ دیا، اس نے اپنی جان اور اپنا مال مجھ سے محفوظ کر لیا مگر ( جان و مال کے ) حق کے بدلے، اور اس کا حساب اللہ پر ہے ۔ ولید بن مسلم نے عثمان کی مخالفت کی ہے ۔
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Mujhe hukm diya gaya hai ke main logon se jang karun, yahaan tak ke woh La ilaha illallah kahen to jis ne yeh keh diya, us ne apni jaan aur apna maal mujh se mahfooz kar liya magar (jaan o maal ke) haq ke badle, aur is ka hisaab Allah per hai. Walid bin Muslim ne Usman ki mukhalafat ki hai
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ، عَنْ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ فَمَنْ قَالَهَا فَقَدْ عَصَمَ مِنِّي نَفْسَهُ وَمَالَهُ إِلاَّ بِحَقِّهِ وَحِسَابُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ " . خَالَفَهُ الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ .
