Sunan an-Nasa'i 4122
Abu Bakrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that he heard the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) say, if two Muslims confront each other with their swords and one of them kills the other, both the killer and the killed will be in Hell.' They said, O Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), (we understand about) the killer, but what about the one who is killed?’ He said, ‘he wanted to kill his companion.’

ابوبکرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو فرماتے سنا: ”جب دو مسلمان اپنی تلواروں کے ساتھ آمنے سامنے ہوں پھر ان میں سے ایک دوسرے کو قتل کر دے تو قاتل اور مقتول دونوں جہنم میں ہوں گے“، انہوں نے کہا: اللہ کے رسول! یہ تو قاتل ہے آخر مقتول کا کیا معاملہ ہے؟ آپ نے فرمایا: ”اس نے بھی اپنے ساتھی کے قتل کا ارادہ کیا تھا“۔
Abu Bakr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke main ne Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko farmate suna: "Jab do Musalman apni talwaron ke sath aamne samne hon phir un mein se ek doosre ko qatl kar de to qatil aur maqtool dono jahannam mein honge", unhon ne kaha: Allah ke Rasool! Yeh to qatil hai akhir maqtool ka kya maamla hai? Aap ne farmaya: "Us ne bhi apne sathi ke qatl ka irada kiya tha".
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنِ الأَحْنَفِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " إِذَا تَوَاجَهَ الْمُسْلِمَانِ بِسَيْفَيْهِمَا فَقَتَلَ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ فَالْقَاتِلُ وَالْمَقْتُولُ فِي النَّارِ " . قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَذَا الْقَاتِلُ فَمَا بَالُ الْمَقْتُولِ قَالَ " إِنَّهُ أَرَادَ قَتْلَ صَاحِبِهِ " .
