Sunan an-Nasa'i 4592
Return to Contents Suwaid bin Qais (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated, ‘Makhrafah Al-Abdi (رضي الله تعالى عنه) and I brought some cloth from Hajar, and the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) came to us while we were in Mina where there was a man who weighed (goods) in return for payment. He bought some trousers from us, and said to the man who weighed, ‘weigh it, and allow more’.’

سوید بن قیس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں اور مخرفہ عبدی رضی اللہ عنہ مقام ہجر سے کپڑا لائے، ہم منیٰ میں تھے کہ ہمارے پاس رسول اللہ ﷺ آ گئے، وہاں ایک تولنے والا تھا جو اجرت پر تول رہا تھا، تو آپ نے ہم سے پاجامہ خریدا اور تولنے والے سے فرمایا: ”جھکتا ہوا تولو“۔
Sawid bin Qais (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke main aur Mukhrafa Abdi (رضي الله تعالى عنه) maqam Hajar se kapra laye, hum Mina mein the ke hamare pass Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) aa gaye, wahan ek tolne wala tha jo ajrat per tol raha tha, to aap ne hum se pajama kharida aur tolne wale se farmaya: "jhkta hua tolo".
أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، قَالَ جَلَبْتُ أَنَا وَمَخْرَفَةُ الْعَبْدِيُّ، بَزًّا مِنْ هَجَرَ فَأَتَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَنَحْنُ بِمِنًى وَوَزَّانٌ يَزِنُ بِالأَجْرِ فَاشْتَرَى مِنَّا سَرَاوِيلَ فَقَالَ لِلْوَزَّانِ " زِنْ وَأَرْجِحْ " .
