Chapter: Mentioning The Differences Reported In The Narration Of 'Alqamah Bin Wa'il

باب ذِكْرِ اخْتِلاَفِ النَّاقِلِينَ لِخَبَرِ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ وَائِلٍ فِيهِ

Sunan an-Nasa'i 4725

A similar report was narrated from Alqamah bin Wa'il (رضي الله تعالى عنه) from his father, from the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم). Yahya (one of the narrators) said, ‘he is better than him.’

Grade: Sahih

اس سند سے بھی وائل رضی اللہ عنہ نبی اکرم ﷺ سے اسی جیسی روایت کرتے ہیں۔ یحییٰ ۱؎ کہتے ہیں: یہ اس سے بہتر ہے۔

Is sind se bhi Wail (رضي الله تعالى عنه) Nabi e akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se isi jaisi riwayat karte hain. Yahya 1 kehte hain: yeh is se behtar hai.

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَامِعُ بْنُ مَطَرٍ الْحَبَطِيُّ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ وَائِلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمِثْلِهِ ‏.‏ قَالَ يَحْيَى وَهُوَ أَحْسَنُ مِنْهُ ‏.‏
