Sunan an-Nasa'i 4757
Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated, ‘Ar-Rubai (رضي الله تعالى عنها) broke the front tooth of a girl, and they asked them (her people) to forgive her, but they refused. They offered them blood money, but they refused. Then they went to the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and he decreed relation. Anas Bin An-Nadr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) said, ‘O Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), will you break the front tooth of Ar-Rubai' (رضي الله تعالى عنها)? No, by the One Who sent you with the truth, it will not be broken!’ He said, ‘O Anas, what Allah has decreed is retaliation.’ But the people agreed to forgive her. He (the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘there are among the slaves of Allah who, if they swear by Allah, Allah fulfills their oath’.’

انس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ربیع نے ایک لڑکی کے دانت توڑ دیے، چنانچہ انہوں نے معاف کر دینے کی درخواست کی تو ان لوگوں نے انکار کیا، پھر ان کے سامنے دیت کی پیش کش کی گئی، تو انہوں نے اس کا بھی انکار کیا، چنانچہ وہ نبی اکرم ﷺ کے پاس آئے، آپ نے انہیں قصاص کا حکم دیا، انس بن نضر رضی اللہ عنہ بولے: اللہ کے رسول! کیا ربیع کے دانت توڑے جائیں گے؟ نہیں، قسم اس ذات کی جس نے آپ کو حق کے ساتھ مبعوث فرمایا ہے، وہ نہیں توڑے جائیں گے، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”انس! اللہ کی کتاب میں قصاص کا حکم ہے“، پھر وہ لوگ راضی ہو گئے اور انہیں معاف کر دیا، تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اللہ تعالیٰ کے بعض بندے ایسے ہیں جو اگر اللہ تعالیٰ پر بھروسہ کر کے قسم کھائیں تو اللہ تعالیٰ انہیں سچا کر دکھاتا ہے“۔
Ins (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rabi ne ek laraki ke dant tor diye, chananche unhon ne maaf kar dene ki darkhast ki to un logon ne inkar kiya, phir un ke samne dit ki pesh kash ki gayi, to unhon ne is ka bhi inkar kiya, chananche wo Nabi akram salla allahu alaihi wa sallam ke pas aaye, aap ne unhen qisas ka hukm diya, Ins bin Nadr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) bole: Allah ke Rasool! kya Rabi ke dant tore jayenge? Nahin, qasam is zat ki jis ne aap ko haq ke sath mabuus farmaaya hai, wo nahin tore jayenge, aap salla allahu alaihi wa sallam ne farmaya: ”Ins! Allah ki kitab mein qisas ka hukm hai“, phir wo log razi ho gaye aur unhen maaf kar diya, to aap salla allahu alaihi wa sallam ne farmaya: ”Allah ta'ala ke baaz bande aise hain jo agar Allah ta'ala per bharosa kar ke qasam khai to Allah ta'ala unhen sacha kar dikhta hai“.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ كَسَرَتِ الرُّبَيِّعُ ثَنِيَّةَ جَارِيَةٍ فَطَلَبُوا إِلَيْهِمُ الْعَفْوَ فَأَبَوْا فَعُرِضَ عَلَيْهِمُ الأَرْشُ فَأَبَوْا فَأَتَوُا النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَمَرَ بِالْقِصَاصِ . قَالَ أَنَسُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ تُكْسَرُ ثَنِيَّةُ الرُّبَيِّعِ لاَ وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ لاَ تُكْسَرُ . قَالَ " يَا أَنَسُ كِتَابُ اللَّهِ الْقِصَاصُ " . فَرَضِيَ الْقَوْمُ وَعَفَوْا فَقَالَ " إِنَّ مِنْ عِبَادِ اللَّهِ مَنْ لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللَّهِ لأَبَرَّهُ " .
