Chapter: Mentioning The Differences Reported From 'Ata' In This Hadith

باب ذِكْرِ الاِخْتِلاَفِ عَلَى عَطَاءٍ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ
Sunan an-Nasa'i 4770
A similar report to that of the one who bit (another man) and his from tooth fell out was narrated from Ibn Ya'la from his father, in which the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘there is no Diyah for you.’
Grade: Sahih
یعلیٰ رضی اللہ عنہ سے اس جیسے شخص جس نے دانت کاٹا ہو اور اس کا دانت اکھڑ گیا ہو کے بارے میں روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”تمہارے لیے دیت نہیں ہے“۔
Yali (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se is jese shakhs jis ne daant kaata ho aur us ka daant akhad gaya ho ke bare me riwayat hai ke Nabi akram sali allahu alaihi wa sallam ne farmaya: "Tumhare liye deyat nahi hai".
أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، فِي حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ يَعْلَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، بِمِثْلِ الَّذِي عَضَّ فَنَدَرَتْ ثَنِيَّتُهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ دِيَةَ لَكَ " .
