Sunan an-Nasa'i 4794
Uqbah bin Aws (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that a man from among the Companions of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) delivered a speech on the Day of the Conquest of Makkah and said, ‘indeed the accidental killing, which seems international, with a whip, a stick, or a rock, (the Diyah) is one hundred camels, of which forty should be pregnant she-camels between the ages of six and nine years old, all in the middle of their pregnancies.’

ایک صحابی سے روایت ہے کہ فتح مکہ کے روز نبی اکرم ﷺ نے خطبہ دیا، اور فرمایا: ”سنو! قتل خطا میں یعنی شبہ عمد کے طور پر کوڑے، ڈنڈے اور پتھر سے مرنے والے کی دیت سو اونٹ ہے، ان میں چالیس «ثنی» سے لے کر «بازلت» ہوں ( یعنی چھ برس سے نو برس تک کی ہوں ) اور سب بوجھ لادنے کے لائق ہوں“۔
aik sahabi se riwayat hai ke fath makka ke roz nabi akram salla allahu alaihi wa sallam ne khutba diya, aur farmaya: "sunoo! qatl khata mein yani shabha umd ke tor par koore, danda aur patthar se marne wala ki diyat so ont hai, in mein chalis «thani» se le kar «bazalt» hon ( yani chh bars se nau bars tak ki hon ) aur sab bojh laadne ke layak hon".
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَامِلٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ أَوْسٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ خَطَبَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ فَقَالَ " أَلاَ وَإِنَّ قَتِيلَ الْخَطَإِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ بِالسَّوْطِ وَالْعَصَا وَالْحَجَرِ مِائَةٌ مِنَ الإِبِلِ فِيهَا أَرْبَعُونَ ثَنِيَّةً إِلَى بَازِلِ عَامِهَا كُلُّهُنَّ خَلِفَةٌ " .
