Sunan an-Nasa'i 4805
Amr bin Shu'aib narrated from his father, that his grandfather said that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘the blood money of a woman (in the event of injury) is like the blood money of a man, up to one-third of the Diyah (for her life).’
Grade: Da'if
عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”عورت کی دیت ایک تہائی دیت تک مرد کی دیت کی طرح ہے“۔
Abdul-Allah bin Amr (رضي الله تعالى عنه)uma kehte hain ke Rasool Allah sallal-lahu alayhi wa sallam ne farmaya: "Aurat ki diyat ek tihayi diyat tak mard ki diyat ki tarah hai".
أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ضَمْرَةُ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " عَقْلُ الْمَرْأَةِ مِثْلُ عَقْلِ الرَّجُلِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الثُّلُثَ مِنْ دِيَتِهَا " .
