Sunan an-Nasa'i 4870
It was narrated from Salim bin abi Ja'd that: Ibn 'Abbas was asked about someone who killed a believer deliberately then he repented, believed and did righteous deeds, and followed true guidance. Ibn 'Abbas said: There is no way he could repent! I heard your Prophet say; He (the victim) will come hanging onto his killer with his jugular veins flowing with blood and saying: Ask him why he killed me. Then he said: by Allah, Allah revealed it and never abrogated anything of it.

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ روایت کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”کوئی شخص ایمان رکھتے ہوئے زنا نہیں کرتا، کوئی شخص ایمان رکھتے ہوئے چوری نہیں کرتا، کوئی شخص ایمان رکھتے ہوئے شراب نہیں پیتا اور نہ ہی وہ ایمان رکھتے ہوئے کوئی ایسی بڑی لوٹ کرتا ہے جس کی طرف لوگوں کی نظریں اٹھتی ہوں“ ۔
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) Riwayat Karte Hain Ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Ne Farmaya: "Koi Shakhse Eman Rakhte Huye Zina Nahin Karta, Koi Shakhse Eman Rakhte Huye Chori Nahin Karta, Koi Shakhse Eman Rakhte Huye Sharab Nahin Pehta Aur Nahin Hi Woh Eman Rakhte Huye Koi Aisi Bari Loot Karta Hai Jis Ki Taraf Logon Ki Nazrein Uthti Hon"
أَخْبَرَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ اللَّيْثِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلاَنَ، عَنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلاَ يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلاَ يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلاَ يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ يَرْفَعُ النَّاسُ إِلَيْهَا أَبْصَارَهُمْ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ " .
