Sunan an-Nasa'i 5359
Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘whoever makes an image will be punished until (he is commanded) to breathe a soul into it, and he will not be able to do so.’
Grade: Sahih
عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جس نے کوئی تصویر بنائی، تو اسے عذاب ہو گا یہاں تک کہ وہ اس میں روح ڈال دے، اور وہ اس میں روح نہیں ڈال سکے گا“۔
Abdul-Allah bin Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a kehte hain ke Rasool-Allah sall-Allahu alaihi wa sallam ne farmaya: “Jis ne koi taswir banayi, to usay azab ho ga yahaan tak ke woh is mein ruh dal de, aur woh is mein ruh nahin dal sake ga”.
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ صَوَّرَ صُورَةً عُذِّبَ حَتَّى يَنْفُخَ فِيهَا الرُّوحَ وَلَيْسَ بِنَافِخٍ فِيهَا " .
