Sunan an-Nasa'i 5660
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, ‘the adulterer is not a believer at the moment when he is committing adultery, and the thief is not a believer at the moment when he is stealing, and the wine drinker is not a believer at the moment when he is drinking wine, and the robber is not a believer at the moment when he is robbing and taking something valuable by force while the Muslims are looking at it.’

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ روایت کرتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”زانی جب زنا کرتا ہے تو وہ مومن باقی نہیں رہتا، چور جب چوری کرتا ہے تو وہ مومن باقی نہیں رہتا، شرابی جب شراب پیتا ہے تو وہ مومن باقی نہیں رہتا۔ اور جب کوئی قیمتی چیز چراتا ہے جس کی طرف مسلمان ( حسرت سے ) نگاہیں اٹھا کر دیکھتے ہیں، تو وہ مومن باقی نہیں رہتا“۔
Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) riwayat karte hain ke Nabi-e-Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Zani jab zana karta hai to woh Momin baqi nahin rehta, chor jab chori karta hai to woh Momin baqi nahin rehta, sharabi jab sharab peeta hai to woh Momin baqi nahin rehta. Aur jab koi qimati cheez churata hai jis ki taraf musalman (hasrat se) nigahein uthakar dekhte hain, to woh Momin baqi nahin rehta".
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ، وَأَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ كُلُّهُمْ حَدَّثُونِي عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلاَ يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ حِينَ يَسْرِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلاَ يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلاَ يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ يَرْفَعُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ إِلَيْهِ أَبْصَارَهُمْ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ " .
