Sunan an-Nasa'i 994
Ubaid bin Hunain, the freed slave of the family of Zaib bin Al-Khattab narrated that he heard Abu Huraira saying, 'I came back (from a journey) with the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and he heard a man reciting - ََّ ُ الصَّمَدُ * لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ * وَلَمْ يَّ ُ أَحَدٌ * َّللاقُلْ هُوَ َّللاٌكُنْ لَهُ كُفُوًا أَحَد [ Say (O' Prophet ﷺ), Allah is one (and one all the way. His Being does not contain elements. He is not a compound. Allah is independent (existing on His own. Everybody is dependent upon Him He does not have children (He has not given birth to anyone). Nobody has given birth to Him. (Allah is there from the beginning and no one precedes Him). No one can match Him or can equal Him. ] (Sura Al-Ikhlas), the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, 'it is guaranteed.' We asked him: 'What, O Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)?' He said, Paradise’.

عبید بن حنین مولی آل زید بن خطاب کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو سنا وہ کہہ رہے تھے کہ میں رسول اللہ ﷺ کے ساتھ آیا، تو آپ نے ایک شخص کو «قل هو اللہ أحد * اللہ الصمد * لم يلد ولم يولد * ولم يكن له كفوا أحد» پڑھتے سنا، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: واجب ہو گئی ، میں نے آپ سے پوچھا: اللہ کے رسول! کیا چیز واجب ہو گئی؟ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: جنت ۔
Ubaid bin Haneen Maula-e-al-Zayd bin Khattab kehte hain ke main ne Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko suna woh kehre they ke main Rasool Allah sallallahu alaihi wassalam ke sath aya, to aap ne ek shakhse ko «Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad * Allahu As-Samad * Lam Yalid Wa Lam Yuwalad * Wa Lam Yakun Laho Kufwan Ahad» padhte suna, Rasool Allah sallallahu alaihi wassalam ne farmaya: Waajib ho gayi, main ne aap se poocha: Allah ke Rasool! Kya chiz waajib ho gayi? Aap sallallahu alaihi wassalam ne farmaya: Jannat.
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ حُنَيْنٍ، مَوْلَى آلِ زَيْدِ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ أَقْبَلْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَسَمِعَ رَجُلاً يَقْرَأُ { قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ * اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ * لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ * وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ } فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " وَجَبَتْ " . فَسَأَلْتُهُ مَاذَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ " الْجَنَّةُ " .
