Our master Usama bin Zaid, may Allah be pleased with him, said: “I saw the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, embracing Hasan and Husayn, may Allah be pleased with them, and saying: ‘These two are my sons and the sons of Fatimah. O Allah! You know that I love them.’”

سیدنا اسامہ بن زید رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں: میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو دیکھا کہ آپ سیدنا حسن اور سیدنا حسین رضی اللہ عنہما کو اپنے ساتھ ملاتے ہوئے یہ کہہ رہے تھے: ”یہ دونوں میرے بیٹے ہیں اور فاطمہ کے بیٹے ہیں، اے اللہ! تو جانتا ہے کہ میں ان سے محبت کرتا ہوں۔“
Sayyidna Usama bin Zaid (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kahte hain: main ne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko dekha ke aap Sayyidna Hasan aur Sayyidna Hussain ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ko apne sath milate huye ye kah rahe the: "Ye donon mere bete hain aur Fatima ke bete hain, aye Allah! Tu janta hai ke main in se mohabbat karta hun."
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُسَافِرٍ التِّنِّيسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الزَّمْعِيُّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ بْنِ قُنْفُذٍ التَّيْمِيِّ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَهْلٍ النَّبَّالِ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُشْتَمِلا عَلَى الْحَسَنِ وَالْحُسَيْنِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ:"هَذَانِ ابْنَايَ، وَابْنَا فَاطِمَةَ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ تَعْلَمُ أَنِّي أُحِبُّهُمَا"، لا يُرْوَى عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، إِلا بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ، تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ
