Hazrat Mujahid says about the person who intends to perform Hajj and Umrah, then he is imprisoned, then he will be deemed lawful by sending Hadi (animal for sacrifice), and then next year he will wear Ihram from the same place where he took off Ihram.
حضرت مجاہد اس شخص کے متعلق فرماتے ہیں جو حج اور عمرہ کرنے کی نیت سے نکلے پھر وہ محصور کردیا جائے تو وہ ھدی بھیج کر حلال ہوجائے گا اور پھر آئندہ سال وہیں سے احرام باندھے گا جہاں سے اس نے احرام کھولا تھا۔
Hazrat Mujahid iss shakhs ke mutalliq farmate hain jo Hajj aur Umrah karne ki niyat se nikle phir woh mahsoor kar diya jaye to woh hadi bhej kar halal ho jaye ga aur phir aayinda saal wahin se ehram bandhe ga jahan se usne ehram khola tha.
Hazrat Hammad narrates regarding a person who makes the intention of Hajj and Umrah together and then gets imprisoned, he should send his Hady (Sacrificial animal). When it reaches its destination then he should open his Ihram and on him is due two Umrahs and one Hajj next year. And Hazrat Hukm says, on him is due three Umrahs and one Hajj next year.
حضرت حماد اس شخص کے متعلق فرماتے ہیں جو حج اور عمرہ کا اکٹھا احرام باندھے پھر وہ محصور کردیا جائے تو وہ ھدی بھیج دے گا جب ھدی اپنے مقام تک پہنچ جائے تو وہ احرام کھول دے گا اور اس پر آئندہ سال دو عمرے اور ایک حج ہے اور حضرت حکم فرماتے ہیں اس پر آئندہ سال تین عمرے اور ایک حج ہے۔
Hazrat Hammad iss shakhs ke mutaliq farmate hain jo Hajj aur Umrah ka akatha ehram bandhe phir woh mahsoor kar diya jaye to woh hadi bheje ga jab hadi apne maqam tak pohanch jaye to woh ehram khol de ga aur iss par aenda saal do Umre aur ek Hajj hai aur Hazrat Hukm farmate hain iss par aenda saal teen Umre aur ek Hajj hai.
