It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed Rami on the day of sacrifice (Eid al-Adha) at noon and then after the decline of the sun.
حضرت جابر سے مروی ہے کہ حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے یوم النحر میں دوپہر کے وقت رمی کی، پھر اس کے بعد زوال شمس کے بعد رمی کی۔
Hazrat Jabir se marvi hai keh Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne Yom un Nahar mein dophar ke waqt rami ki, phir uske baad zawal shams ke baad rami ki.
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made the children of Bani Abdul Muttalib, who were riding on our shoulders and whose palms were hitting our thighs, go ahead of us in the congregation, and said: O my sons! Do not perform Rami before sunrise.
حضرت ابن عباس سے مروی ہے کہ حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے جماعت میں سے ہم پر مقدم کیا بنی عبد المطلب کے بچوں کو جو دراز گوشوں پر سوار تھے، اور ہتھیلی ہماری رانوں پر مار رہے تھے اور فرمایا : اے میرے بیٹو ! طلوع شمس سے پہلے رمی نہ کرنا۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas se marvi hai keh Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne jamaat mein se hum par muqaddam kiya Bani Abdul Muttalib ke bachchon ko jo daraz goshon per sawar thay, aur hatheli humari raanon per maar rahay thay aur farmaya: Aye merey beto! Tulu-e-shams se pehle rami na karna.
