Concerning the person in Ihram cupping, who permitted it
فِي الْمُحْرِمِ يَحْتَجِمُ مَنْ رَخَّصَ فِيهِ

It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) let his hair grow long while in the state of Ihram.
حضرت ابن عباس سے مروی ہے کہ حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے حالت احرام میں پچھنے لگوائے۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas se marvi hai ke Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne halat ehram mein pichne lagawaye.
Hazrat Ata was asked if one can get their hair braided during Muharram. He said yes, Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also got them braided, but did not get his hair cut.
حضرت عطائ سے دریافت کیا گیا کہ محرم پچھنے لگوا سکتا ہے ؟ آپ نے فرمایا ہاں، حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے بھی لگوائے تھے، لیکن بال نہ کٹوائے۔
Hazrat Ataa se daryaft kiya gaya keh muharram peechne lagwa sakta hai? Aap ne farmaya haan, Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne bhi lagwaye thay, lekin baal na katwaye.
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Anas that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) let his hair grow long while in the state of Ihram.
حضرت انس سے مروی ہے کہ حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے حالت احرام میں پچھنے لگوائے۔
Hazrat Anas se marvi hai ki Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne halat ehram mein pachhne lagwaye.
It is narrated on the authority of Sulaiman bin Yasar that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in the state of Ihram scratched the upper part of his head, at the place of al-Lihyah al-Jummali.
حضرت سلیمان بن یسار سے مروی ہے کہ حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے حالت احرام میں سر کے بالائی حصہ پر پچھنے لگوائے، لحی الجمل کے مکان پر۔
Hazrat Suleman bin Yasar se marvi hai ki Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne halat e ehram mein sar ke balai hissa par pachhne lagwaye, lahi-e-jamal ke makaan par.
