Hazrat Umar and Hazrat Abdullah (R.A) stated that when a woman utters the word "khula" (divorce), it counts as one divorce, and the man has the right to reconciliation.
حضرت عمر اور حضرت عبداللہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ عورت کو تخلیہ کا کہنا ایک طلاق ہے اور آدمی کو رجوع کا حق ہوگا۔
Hazrat Umar aur Hazrat Abdullah (RA) farmate hain keh aurat ko takhlia ka kehna aik talaq hai aur aadmi ko ruju ka haq hoga.
Hazrat Ibrahim (R.A) said that whoever said to his wife that you are like my mother's back and intended to divorce, then at least one divorce has taken place, and if you want, you can remarry her, and if he intended three divorces, then three divorces have taken place.
حضرت ابراہیم (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ جس شخص نے اپنی بیوی کو تخلیہ کا کہا اور طلاق کی نیت کی تو کم از کم ایک طلاق واقع ہوگی اور اگر چاہیں تو نکاح کرلیں اور اگر تین کی نیت کی تو تین طلاقیں ہوجائیں گی۔
Hazrat Ibrahim (Raz) farmate hain keh jis shakhs ne apni biwi ko takhliq ka kaha aur talaq ki niyyat ki to kam az kam aik talaq waqe hogi aur agar chahen to nikah kar len aur agar teen ki niyyat ki to teen talaqen hojaengi.
