Hazrat Mughira (R.A) narrates that I asked Hazrat Ibrahim (R.A) that if an incomplete child is born, will the Iddah (waiting period) be completed? He replied, "Yes, the Iddah will be completed."
حضرت مغیرہ (رض) کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت ابراہیم (رض) سے سوال کیا کہ اگر نامکمل بچہ پیدا ہوجائے تو کیا عدت مکمل ہوجائے گی ؟ انھوں نے فرمایا کہ ہاں عدت مکمل ہوجائے گی۔
Hazrat Mugheera (RA) kehte hain ke maine Hazrat Ibrahim (RA) se sawal kiya ke agar na mukammal bachcha paida hojae to kya iddat mukammal hojae gi? Unhon ne farmaya ke haan iddat mukammal hojae gi.
Hazrat Shariah (R.A) stated that if a woman gives birth to an underdeveloped child, then the waiting period (Iddat) of a free woman is completed, and the slave woman is freed.
حضرت شریح (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ جب عورت نے نامکمل بچے کو جنم دیا تو آزاد عورت کی عدت مکمل ہوگئی اور باندی آزاد ہوگئی۔
Hazrat Shuraih (RA) farmate hain keh jab aurat ne namukammal bache ko janm diya to azad aurat ki iddat mukammal hogayi aur bandi azad hogayi.
Hazrat Haris (R.A.) said that a woman in her waiting period (iddah), if she gives birth to an underdeveloped child, then she becomes lawful for her husband. And Ibn Shabrama (R.A.) said that if the child is developed enough to be recognized as a human, then the waiting period is completed.
حضرت حارث (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ عدت گزارنے والی عورت اگر ناتمام بچے جو جنم دے تو وہ خاوند کے لیے حلال ہوگئی اور ابن شبرمہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر بچہ اتناہو کہ اس کا انسان ہونا معلوم ہوسکے تو عدت مکمل ہوگئی۔
Hazrat Haris (RA) farmate hain keh iddat guzarne wali aurat agar natamam bache jo janam de to woh khawand ke liye halal hogayi aur Ibn Shibrma (RA) farmate hain keh agar bacha itna ho keh is ka insan hona maloom hosake to iddat mukammal hogayi.
Hazrat Hassan (R.A) stated that when a woman gives birth to a child in the form of clotted blood or a piece of flesh, after the pregnancy has already been established, then there is postpartum bleeding (Nifas) for her, and her waiting period (Iddah) will be completed with it. Furthermore, if she is an Umm Walad (a slave woman who has borne a child to her master), then she will be set free.
حضرت حسن (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ جب عورت نے بچے کو جما ہوا خون یالوتھڑا ہونے کی حالت میں جنم دیا بعد اس کے کہ حمل ہونا معلوم ہوچکا تھا تو اس میں غرہ ہے۔ اور اس سے عدت پوری ہوجائے گی اور اگر ام ولد ہو تو آزاد ہوجائے گی۔
Hazrat Hassan (RA) farmate hain keh jab aurat ne bache ko jama hua khoon ya lothra hone ki halat mein janam diya baad uske keh hamal hona maloom ho chuka tha to us mein ghura hai aur us se iddat puri ho jaye gi aur agar umm walad ho to azad ho jaye gi.
