If he sends it and forgets to say 'In the name of Allah'

Hazrat Hajjaj (R.A) says that I asked Hazrat Ataa (R.A) that if a person, while making his dog run (for hunting), forgot to recite Bismillah and the dog hunted down the prey, so what is the ruling? He replied that it should be eaten.
حضرت حجاج (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت عطائ (رض) سے سوال کیا کہ اگر کوئی شخص کتے کو روانہ کرتے وقت اس پر بسم اللہ پڑھنا بھول گیا اور کتے نے شکار کو مار ڈالا تو کیا ہے ؟ انھوں نے فرمایا کہ اسے کھالے۔
Hazrat Hajjaj (RA) farmate hain keh maine Hazrat Ataa (RA) se sawal kiya keh agar koi shakhs kutte ko rawana karte waqt us par Bismillah parhna bhool gaya aur kutte ne shikaar ko maar dala to kya hai? Unhon ne farmaya keh use khaale.
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab (may Allah be pleased with him) states that if a person forgets to recite Bismillah while sending a dog (for hunting), then there is no harm in it.
حضرت سعید بن مسیب (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کوئی شخص کتے کو روانہ کرتے وقت بسم اللہ پڑھنا بھول گیا تو اس میں کوئی حرج نہیں۔

Hazrat Ibn Abbas (R.A) was asked that if a person forgets to recite Bismillah while releasing his dog for hunting, what is the ruling? He replied, "Every Muslim has the name of Allah in his heart."
حضرت ابن عباس (رض) سے سوال کیا گیا کہ اگر کوئی شخص اپنے کتے کو شکار پر چھوڑتے وقت بسم اللہ پڑھنا بھول جائے تو کیا حکم ہے ؟ انھوں نے فرمایا کہ ہر مسلمان کے دل میں اللہ کا نام ہے۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) se sawal kiya gaya keh agar koi shaks apne kutte ko shikar per chhorte waqt Bismillah parhna bhul jaye to kya hukum hai? Unhon ne farmaya keh har Musalman ke dil mein Allah ka naam hai.
Hazrat Qatadah says that if a person forgets to recite Bismillah while leaving his dog or falcon for hunting, and it hunts down the prey, then he can eat that prey.
حضرت قتادہ فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کوئی شخص اپنے کتے یا شکرے کو شکار پر چھوڑتے وقت بسم اللہ پڑھنا بھول گیا اور اس نے شکار کو مار ڈالا تو وہ اس شکار کو کھا سکتا ہے۔
Hazrat Qatada farmate hain keh agar koi shakhs apne kutte ya shakre ko shikar par chhorte waqt Bismillah parhna bhul gaya aur usne shikar ko maar dala to woh us shikar ko kha sakta hai.
