Regarding the incantation for a scorpion sting, what it is.
فِي رُقْيَةِ الْعَقْرَبِ مَا هِيَ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 23553
It is narrated from Hazrat Ali that one night, while the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was offering prayer, you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) placed your blessed hand on the ground, and a scorpion stung you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) then subdued the scorpion with your shoe and killed it. When you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) finished your prayer, you said, "May Allah's curse be upon the scorpion, it doesn't spare those who pray nor those who don't." Or you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "It doesn't spare the Prophet nor the non-Prophet." Then you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked for salt and water and put them in a utensil. Then you started applying this water to the place where the scorpion had stung and rubbed it, and recited some verses of seeking refuge in Allah and blew on it.
حضرت علی سے روایت ہے کہتے ہیں کہ ایک رات نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نماز پڑھ رہے تھے کہ اس دوران آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنا ہاتھ مبارک زمین پر رکھا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو کسی بچھو نے ڈس لیا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس بچھو کو اپنے جوتے سے قابو کرلیا اور مار ڈالا۔ پھر جب آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نماز سے فارغ ہوئے تو ارشاد فرمایا : ” اللہ کی لعنت ہو بچھو پر، نہ نمازی کو چھوڑتا ہے اور نہ غیر نمازی کو۔ “ یا آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : نبی کو چھوڑتا ہے نہ غیر نبی کو۔ “ پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے نمک اور پانی منگوایا اور اس کو ایک برتن میں رکھ دیا۔ پھر جس جگہ بچھو نے ڈسا تھا اس جگہ یہ پانی ڈالنا شروع کیا اور اس کو ملنے لگے اور اس پر معوذتین پڑھ کر دم فرمایا۔
Hazrat Ali se riwayat hai kehte hain ke aik raat Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) namaz parh rahe the ke is dauran Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne apna hath mubarak zameen par rakha to Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko kisi bichhu ne dass liya, Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne is bichhu ko apne joote se qaboo karliya aur maar dala. Phir jab Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) namaz se farigh hue to irshad farmaya: "Allah ki laanat ho bichhu par, na namaazi ko chhorta hai aur na ghair namaazi ko." Ya Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: "Nabi ko chhorta hai na ghair Nabi ko." Phir Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne namak aur pani mangwaya aur is ko aik bartan mein rakh diya. Phir jis jagah bichhu ne dasa tha us jagah yeh pani dalna shuru kiya aur is ko malne lage aur is par mu'awwizatayn parh kar dum farmaya.
It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a person was brought to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) who had been stung by a scorpion. You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "If this man were to say (translation), 'I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created,' then it would not have stung him." Or you said, "This scorpion would not have harmed him."
حضرت ابوہریرہ سے روایت ہے کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی خدمت میں ایک ایسا آدمی لایا گیا جس کو بچھو نے ڈسا تھا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا۔ ” اگر یہ آدمی یوں کہتا (ترجمہ) میں اللہ تعالیٰ کے کلمات تامہ کے ذریعے مخلوق کے شر سے پناہ مانگتا ہوں، تو یہ نہ ڈسا جاتا “ یا فرمایا : ” یہ بچھو اس کو نقصان نہ دیتا۔ “
Hazrat Abu Huraira se riwayat hai kehte hain ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki khidmat mein aik aisa aadmi laya gaya jisko bichhu ne dasa tha, Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya. "Agar ye aadmi yun kehta (tarjuma) mein Allah Ta'ala ke kalmaat taamma ke zariye makhlooq ke shar se panaah mangta hun, toh ye na dasa jata" ya farmaya: "ye bichhu iss ko nuqsaan na deta."
