It is narrated on the authority of Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) cursed the woman who joins hair (extensions) and the one who gets her hair joined, the woman who asks for tattoos and the one who makes tattoos.
حضرت نافع، حضرت ابن عمر سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ جناب نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے بال جوڑنے والی اور بال جڑوانے والی پر اور گدائی کرنے والی اور گدائی کروانے والی پر لعنت فرمائی ۔
Hazrat Nafe, Hazrat Ibn Umar se riwayat karte hain ke janab Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne baal jorny wali aur baal jurwany wali par aur gadai karne wali aur gadai karwany wali par lanat farmai.
It is narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Abu Umamah that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cursed the woman who joins her hair (with the hair of another) and the one who gets it done, the one who begs and the one who gets her (begging) done, the one who scratches her face (out of grief) and the one who tears her collar (out of grief).
حضرت ابو امامہ سے روایت ہے۔ کہ جناب نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے خیبر کے دن بال جوڑنے والی اور بال جڑوانے والی پر، گدائی کرنے والی اور گدائی کروانے والی پر، اپنا چہرہ نوچنے والی اور اپنا گریبان پھاڑنے والی پر لعنت فرمائی۔
Hazrat Abu Imama se riwayat hai keh Janab Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne Khaibar ke din baal jorrne wali aur baal jurwane wali par, gadai karne wali aur gadai karwane wali par, apna chehra nochne wali aur apna gireban pharne wali par lanat farmai.
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Asma (RA) that she said that a woman came to the service of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and she said, My daughter is married. And she got sick with measles and then all her hair fell out. So, can I get her hair done for this disease? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to the woman, "Allah curses the one who joins hair and the one who gets her hair joined.
حضرت اسماء سے روایت ہے وہ کہتی ہیں کہ ایک عورت جناب نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئی اور اس نے کہا۔ میری بیٹی کی شادی ہوئی ہے۔ اور اس کو خسرہ کی بیماری ہوگئی پس اس کے بال سارے جھڑ گئے ہیں۔ تو کیا میں اس کے لیے اس بیماری میں بال لگوا لوں ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس عورت سے کہا۔ ” اللہ تعالیٰ بال جوڑنے والی اور بال جڑوانے والی پر لعنت فرماتے ہیں۔ “
Hazrat Asma se riwayat hai woh kehti hain ke aik aurat janab nabi kareem (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ki khidmat mein hazir hui aur us ne kaha meri beti ki shadi hui hai aur us ko khusra ki bimari hogayi pas us ke baal sare jhad gaye hain to kya main us ke liye is bimari mein baal lagwa lun aap (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ne us aurat se kaha allah taala baal jorhne wali aur baal jadhwaane wali par lanat farmate hain
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abdullah. He said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cursed the woman who begs and the one who gets her to beg, the one who joins hair and the one who gets her hair joined.
حضرت عبداللہ سے روایت ہے۔ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے گدائی کرنے والی اور گدائی کروانے والی پر ، بال جوڑنے والی اور بال جڑوانے والی پر لعنت فرمائی ہے۔

It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the woman who begs, the woman who gets others to beg, the woman who braids hair, and the woman who gets her hair braided.
حضرت ابن عباس سے روایت ہے کہ جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے گدائی کرنے والی اور گدائی کروانے والی پر ، بال جوڑنے والی اور بال جڑوانے والی پر لعنت فرمائی ہے۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas se riwayat hai ki janab rasool Allah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ne gidae karne wali aur gidae karwane wali par, baal jorhnay wali aur baal jurwanay wali par lanat farmai hai.
It is narrated from Hazrat Fatima bint Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with her). She said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cursed the woman who joins hair to hair (i.e., uses hair extensions).
حضرت فاطمہ بنت علی بن ابی طالب سے روایت ہے۔ وہ کہتی ہیں کہ جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے بالوں کے ساتھ بال جوڑنے والی پر لعنت فرمائی۔
Hazrat Fatima bint Ali bin Abi Talib se riwayat hai. Woh kehteen hain ke Janab Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne balon ke sath bal jorne wali par lanat farmai.
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Aisha that a young Ansar woman got married and fell ill. Due to this illness she started losing hair. When her family wanted to attach artificial hair, they inquired about it from Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him). Upon this, he (peace be upon him) cursed the woman who attaches artificial hair and the one who gets it attached.
حضرت عائشہ سے روایت ہے کہ انصار کی ایک لڑکی کی شادی ہوئی اور وہ بیمار ہوگئی۔ جس سے اس کے بال جھڑ گئے۔ لوگوں نے اس کے بال لگوانا چاہے تو جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے اس کے بارے میں سوال کیا ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے بال جوڑنے والی اور بال جڑوانے والی پر لعنت فرمائی۔
Hazrat Ayesha se riwayat hai ki Ansar ki ek larki ki shadi hui aur wo bimar hogayi. Jis se us ke baal jhad gaye. Logon ne us ke baal lagwana chahe to Janab Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se us ke bare mein sawal kiya? Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne baal jorhne wali aur baal jarrwane wali par lanat farmai.
It is narrated from Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab that he said: When Hazrat Mu'awiyah came to Medina, you delivered a sermon to us and took out a hair dye and said: In my opinion, this work is done only by a Jew. The news reached the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and he (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) declared it to be false.
حضرت سعید بن مسیب سے روایت ہے۔ وہ کہتے ہیں کہ حضرت معاویہ مدینہ میں تشریف لائے تو آپ نے ہمیں خطبہ ارشاد فرمایا اور بالوں کا ایک گچھا نکالا اور فرمایا : میرے خیال کے مطابق یہ کام صرف کسی یہودی نے کیا ہے۔ جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو اس کی خبر پہنچی تھی تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے س کو جھوٹ قرار دیا تھا۔
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab se riwayat hai. Woh kehte hain ke Hazrat Muawiya Madina mein tashreef laaye toh aap ne humein khutba irshad farmaya aur baalon ka ek gachcha nikala aur farmaya : mere khayal ke mutabiq yeh kaam sirf kisi yahoodhi ne kiya hai. Janab Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko iss ki khabar pohnchi thi toh aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne iss ko jhoot qarar diya tha.
Hazrat Usman bin Ghays narrates about Hazrat Ukarmah that he used to dislike the bun/knot of hair that women make on their heads.
حضرت عثمان بن غیاث، حضرت عکرمہ کے بارے میں روایت کرتے ہیں کہ وہ اس جوڑے کو ناپسند کرتے تھے، جو عورتیں، اپنے سروں میں بناتی ہیں۔
Hazrat Usman bin Ghays, Hazrat Ikrama ke bare mein riwayat karte hain ki woh iss jode ko napasand karte thay, jo auratain, apne saron mein banati hain.
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "May Allah curse the woman who joins hair (extensions to her hair), the woman who asks for it to be done, the woman who tattoos and the woman who asks for it to be done, and the woman who plucks eyebrows and the woman who asks for it to be done."
حضرت ابوہریرہ سے روایت ہے۔ کہ جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : ” اللہ تعالیٰ نے بال جوڑنے والی اور بال جڑوانے والی، گدائی کرنے والی اور گدائی کروانے والی پر لعنت فرمائی ہے۔ “
Hazrat Abu Huraira se riwayat hai keh Janab Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: "Allah Ta'ala ne baal jorhne wali aur baal jurwane wali, gidae karne wali aur gidae karwane wali par laanat farmai hai."
