How much is the blood money for accidental killing
دِيَةُ الْخَطَأِ كَمْ هِيَ

It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The blood money for an accidental killing is to be paid in five installments: twenty female camels in the fourth year, twenty female camels in the fifth year, twenty female camels in the third year, twenty male camels in the third year, and twenty female camels in the second year."
عبداللہ سے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کا ارشاد منقول ہے کہ قتل خطا کی دیت پانچ حصوں میں ہوگی۔ بیس حصہ یعنی چوتھے سال میں چلنے والی اونٹنیاں، اور بیس پانچویں سال میں چلنے والی اونٹنیاں، اور بیس تیسرے میں اور بیس تیسرے سال میں چلنے والے اونٹ، اور بیس دوسرے سال میں چلنے والی اونٹنیاں۔
Abdallah se Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ka irshad manqol hai ke qatl khata ki diyat panch hisson mein hogi. Bees hissa yani chauthe saal mein chalne wali untniyan, aur bees panchwen saal mein chalne wali untniyan, aur bees teesre mein aur bees teesre saal mein chalne wale unt, aur bees doosre saal mein chalne wali untniyan.
Abdullah said the blood money in error shall be paid in five installments twenty pregnant camels that will deliver in the fourth year twenty five-year-old she-camels and twenty two-year-old camels and twenty three-year-old she-camels
عبداللہ نے فرمایا کہ قتل خطا میں دیت پانچ حصوں میں ہوگی بیس چوتھے سال میں چلنے والی اونٹنیاں اور بیس پانچویں اور بیس دوسرے میں چلنے والی اونٹنیاں اور بیس دوسرے سال میں چلنے والے اونٹ، اور بیس تیسرے سال میں چلنے والی اونٹنیاں۔
Ali used to say that the blood money in case of manslaughter would be paid in four parts. Twenty-five in the fourth year, twenty-five in the fifth year, twenty-five in the third year and twenty-five in the second year.
علی فرمایا کرتے تھے کہ قتل خطا میں دیت چار حصوں میں ہوگی۔ پچیس چوتھے سال والی، اور پچیس پانچویں سال والی، اور پچیس تیسرے سال والی اور پچیس دوسرے سال والی۔
Hazrat Usman and Hazrat Zaid said that the punishment for accidentally killing someone is thirty camels that are of the age when they are ready to be ridden and twenty female camels that are of the age when they are ready to be ridden for the second time.
حضرت عثمان اور حضرت زید نے فرمایا کہ قتل خطا میں تیس سال میں چلنے والے اونٹ، اور بیس دوسرے میں چلنے والی اونٹنیاں ہیں۔
