Hazrat Zaid bin Aslam said that one-third of blood from the nosebleed is from the nasal septum (the cartilage that separates the two nostrils) and the tissue between the two nostrils.
حضرت زید بن اسلم کا ارشاد ہے کہ ناک کے بانسے میں اور دونوں نتھنوں کے درمیان والے پردے میں ناک کی دیت کا تیسرا حصہ ہے۔
Hazrat Zaid bin Aslam ka irshad hai ke naak ke banse mein aur donon nathnon ke darmiyan wale parde mein naak ki dait ka teesra hissa hai.
Hazrat Mujahid said that one-third of the diyah (compensation) is for cutting off the tip of the nose, and if the wound reaches the bone from the tip or any other part, then the diyah will be given accordingly until the wound reaches the bone.
حضرت مجاہد کا ارشاد ہے کہ ناک کی چونچ کے کٹنے میں دیت کا تیسرا حصہ ہے اور اگر چونچ سے بانسہ کو یا کسی اور حصہ کو بھی زخم پہنچ گیا تو جب تک ہڈی تک زخم نہ پہنچ جائے تو اس وقت تک اس کے حساب سے دیت ہوگی۔
Hazrat Mujahid ka irshad hai ki naak ki chonch ke katne mein diyat ka teesra hissa hai aur agar chonch se bansah ko ya kisi aur hissa ko bhi zakhm pohanch gaya to jab tak haddi tak zakhm na pohanch jaye to us waqt tak uske hisab se diyat hogi.
It is narrated from Hazrat Mujahid that he used to say one-third of the diyat (blood money) for an internal wound of the nose. Then if it increased, he would say two-thirds.
حضرت مجاہد سے منقول ہے کہ وہ ناک کے اندرونی زخم کے بارے میں دیت کے تیسرے حصے کا کہا کرتے تھے۔ پھر اگر وہ بڑھ جائے تو دو تہائی کا کہا کرتے تھے۔
Hazrat Mujahid se manqol hai ki woh naak ke andaruni zakhm ke bare mein dait ke teesre hisse ka kaha karte thay. Phir agar woh barh jaye to do tihai ka kaha karte thay.
