Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that Hazrat Fatima (may Allah be pleased with her) came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to ask for something. You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to her: "I have nothing to give you at this time." So she went back. Then you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went to her yourself and said: "Shall I give you what you liked and asked for, or something better than that?" Hearing this, Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said to Hazrat Fatima (may Allah be pleased with her): "Say, 'No, but give me something better than that.'" Hazrat Fatima (may Allah be pleased with her) said the same, so you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Then you should recite this prayer: 'O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne, our Lord and Lord of everything, Revealer of the Torah, the Gospel and the Great Quran, You are the First, there is nothing before You, You are the Last, there is nothing after You, and You are the Manifest, there is nothing above You, and You are the Hidden, there is nothing below You, remove the burden of debt from me and make me independent of need.'
حضرت ابوہریرہ فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت فاطمہ خادم مانگنے کے لیے نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس تشریف لائیں۔ تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان سے فرمایا : تمہیں دینے کو میرے پاس اس وقت کچھ بھی نہیں ہے۔ پس وہ واپس لوٹ گئیں ۔ پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اس کے بعد خود ان کے پاس تشریف لے گئے اور فرمایا : جو چز تیرے نزدیک پسندیدہ تھی جس کا تو نے سوال کیا وہ عطا کروں یا اس سے بھی بہتر چیز ؟ یہ بات سن کر حضرت علی نے حضرت فاطمہ سے کہا : تم کہو : نہیں، بلکہ اس سے بھی بہتر چیز عطا کریں۔ حضرت فاطمہ نے ایسے ہی کہا، تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ” تم یہ دعا پڑھ لیا کرو : اے اللہ ! ساتوں آسمانوں کے پروردگار اور عرش عظیم کے پروردگار، ہمارے پروردگار اور ہر چیز کے پروردگار، توراۃ ، انجیل اور قرآن عظیم کے اتارنے والے، تو ہی سب سے پہلا ہے تیرے سے پہلے کوئی چیز نہیں تھی، تو ہی سب سے پچھلا ہے، تیرے بعد بھی کوئی چیز نہیں ہوگی ، اور تو ظاہر و آشکارا ہے، تیرے اوپر بھی کوئی چیز نہیں ہے ، اور تو ہی پوشیدہ ہے، تیرے نیچے بھی کوئی چیز نہیں ہے، تو مجھ سے قرض کو دور فرما دے، اور مجھے فقر سے بےنیاز کر دے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah farmate hain keh Hazrat Fatima khadim mangne ke liye Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke paas tashreef laeen. To aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne un se farmaya: Tumhen dene ko mere paas is waqt kuchh bhi nahin hai. Pas wo wapas laut gayin. Phir aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) iske baad khud unke paas tashreef le gaye aur farmaya: Jo cheez tere nazdeek pasandida thi jis ka to ne sawal kiya wo ata karun ya is se bhi behtar cheez? Yeh baat sunkar Hazrat Ali ne Hazrat Fatima se kaha: Tum kaho: Nahin, balkeh is se bhi behtar cheez ata karen. Hazrat Fatima ne aise hi kaha, to aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Tum yeh dua parh liya karo: Aye Allah! Saaton aasmanon ke Parwardigaar aur Arsh Azeem ke Parwardigaar, hamare Parwardigaar aur har cheez ke Parwardigaar, Torah, Injeel aur Quran Azeem ke utarne wale, to hi sab se pehla hai tere se pehle koi cheez nahin thi, to hi sab se pichhla hai, tere baad bhi koi cheez nahin hogi, aur to zahir o ashkara hai, tere upar bhi koi cheez nahin hai, aur to hi poshida hai, tere neeche bhi koi cheez nahin hai, to mujh se qarz ko door farma de, aur mujhe faqr se beniyaaz kar de.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ ⦗ص:٤٤⦘ : أَتَتْ فَاطِمَةُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ تَسْأَلُهُ خَادِمًا ، فَقَالَ لَهَا : « مَا عِنْدِي مَا أُعْطِيكَ »، فَرَجَعَتْ ، فَأَتَاهَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ ، فَقَالَ : « الَّذِي سَأَلْتَ أَحَبُّ إِلَيْكَ أَمْ مَا هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنْهُ ؟»، فَقَالَ لَهَا عَلِيٌّ : قُولِي : لَا ، بَلْ مَا هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنْهُ ، فَقَالَتْ ، فَقَالَ : " قُولِي : اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمَاوَاتِ السَّبْعِ وَرَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ ، رَبَّنَا وَرَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ مُنْزِلَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَالْإِنْجِيلِ وَالْقُرْآنِ الْعَظِيمِ ، أَنْتَ الْأَوَّلُ فَلَيْسَ قَبْلَكَ شَيْءٌ ، وَأَنْتَ الْآخِرُ فَلَيْسَ بَعْدَكَ شَيْءٌ ، وَأَنْتَ الظَّاهِرُ فَلَيْسَ فَوْقَكَ شَيْءٌ ، وَأَنْتَ الْبَاطِنُ فَلَيْسَ دُونَكَ شَيْءٌ ، اقْضِ عَنَّا الدَّيْنَ ، وَأَغْنِنَا مِنَ الْفَقْرِ "
