It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah (RA) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "For me, the wealth of the Byzantines has been made lawful, while it was not lawful for any prophet before me."
حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ سے مروی ہے کہ حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : میرے لیے غنیمت کا مال حلال کردیا گیا جب کہ مجھ سے قبل کسی نبی کے لیے حلال نہیں کیا گیا تھا۔
Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah se marvi hai ki Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: Mere liye ghanimat ka maal halal kar diya gaya jab keh mujh se pehle kisi nabi ke liye halal nahi kiya gaya tha.
Hazrat Abu Marzooq (R.A) narrates that we participated in Jihad in the west with Hazrat Rafi' bin Thabit Ansari (R.A). Then we conquered a place called Jarba. Hazrat Rafi (R.A) stood to deliver the sermon and said: I will say the same thing to you that I heard from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). What the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said to us on the day of Khaybar is that: Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not sell his share of the spoils of war before it is distributed.
حضرت ابو مرزوق (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ہم حضرت رو یفع بن ثابت انصاری (رض) کے ساتھ مغرب کی طرف جہاد میں شریک ہوئے، پھر ہم نے ایک جگہ فتح کی جس کا نام جربہ تھا۔ حضرت رو یفع (رض) خطبہ دینے کے لیے کھڑے ہوئے اور فرمایا : میں تمہارے سامنے وہی بات کروں گا جو میں نے رسول اکرم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنی جو حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے خیبر کے دن ہم سے فرمایا تھا کہ : جو اللہ پر اور آخرت پر یقین رکھتا ہو، اس کو چاہیے کہ تقسیم غنیمت سے قبل اس کو فروخت نہ کرے۔
Hazrat Abu Marzooq (RA) farmate hain ke hum Hazrat Roaife bin Sabit Ansari (RA) ke sath maghrib ki taraf jihad mein shareek hue, phir hum ne aik jaga fatah ki jis ka naam Jarba tha. Hazrat Roaife (RA) khutba dene ke liye kharay hue aur farmaya: mein tumhare samne wohi baat karoon ga jo mein ne Rasul Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se suni jo Hazoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne Khyber ke din hum se farmaya tha ke: jo Allah par aur aakhirat par yaqeen rakhta ho, us ko chahiye ke taqseem ghanimat se qabal us ko farokht na kare.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (R.A) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the selling of the spoils of war before its distribution.
حضرت ابو سعید الخدری (رض) سے مروی ہے کہ حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے تقسیم غنیمت سے قبل اس کی بیع کرنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Al-Khudri (RA) se marvi hai ki Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne taqseem e ghanimat se qabal us ki bay'a karne se mana farmaya hai.
Hazrat Saeed bin Al-Musayyab (may Allah be pleased with him) disliked the selling of spoils of war before its distribution and he used to say that there is gold and silver in it.
حضرت سعید بن المسیب (رض) تقسیم غنیمت سے قبل اس کی بیع کو ناپسند فرماتے ہیں تھے اور فرماتے کہ اس میں سونا اور چاندی ہوتا ہے۔
Hazrat Saeed bin al-Musayyab (RA) taqseem ghanimat se qabal is ki bay' ko napasand farmate thay aur farmate keh is mein sona aur chandi hota hai.
It is also narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade him from this.
حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) سے بھی یہ مروی ہے کہ حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) se bhi ye marvi hai keh Huzoor Aqdas (SAW) ne is se mana farmaya hai.
