It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Sinan bin Salmah that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had instructed him regarding the sacrificial meat of an animal slaughtered with the intention of a voluntary sacrifice (Nafl Hadi) that it should not be consumed. If it is consumed, then one would have to offer repentance.
حضرت سنان بن سلمہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان کو نفلی ہدی کے بارے میں فرمایا تھا کہ اس کو نہیں کھایا جائے گا۔ اگر اس کو کھالیا تو تاوان دینا ہوگا۔
Hazrat Sinan bin Salma se riwayat hai keh Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne un ko nafli hadi ke bare mein farmaya tha keh us ko nahi khaya jaye ga. Agar us ko kha liya to tawan dena hoga.
Hazrat Umar Farooq (R.A) said that if someone offers an animal for sacrifice in a state of Ihram and then that animal dies or runs away (before reaching Haram), then they should sacrifice another animal before entering Haram, but they should not consume any part of it. If they consume any part of it, then they will have to offer another animal as compensation.
حضرت عمر فرماتے ہیں کہ جو شخص نفلی ہدی کو چلائے پھر وہ ہدی ہلاک ہوجائے (حرم تک نہ جاسکے) تو اس کو حرم سے پہلے ہی نحر کر دے اور اس میں سے نہ کھائے اگر اس میں سے کھالیا تو اس پر بدل ہے۔
Hazrat Umar farmate hain keh jo shakhs nafli hadi ko chalaye phir woh hadi halaak hojaaye (Haram tak na ja sake) to us ko Haram se pehle hi nahr kar de aur us mein se na khaaye agar us mein se kha liya to us par badal hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent ten camels with a man, and you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave him the order regarding them. The man went away, then he came back to you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and asked: If any of these animals get injured? You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied: Slaughter it, then dip its foot in its blood, then hit it on its skin. You and any of your companions should not eat from it.
حضرت ابن عباس سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ایک آدمی کے ہمراہ دس عدد بدنہ کو بھیجا اور ان کے بارے میں آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس کو حکم بتایا وہ آدمی چلا گیا۔ پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس واپس آیا اور اس نے کہا۔ اگر ان میں سے کوئی جانور بگڑ جائے تو ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا؛ اس کو نحر کردینا اور پھر اس کے پاؤں کو اس کے خون میں ڈبو دینا پھر اس کے اس کو چمڑے پر مار دو تم اور تمہارے رفقاء میں سے کوئی بھی اس میں سے نہ کھائے۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas se riwayat hai ke Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne aik aadmi ke hamrah dus adad badna ko bheja aur un ke bare mein aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne usko hukum bataya woh aadmi chala gaya. Phir aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke pass wapas aaya aur usne kaha. Agar in mein se koi janwar bigar jaye to? Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya; usko nahr karna aur phir uske paon ko uske khoon mein dubo dena phir uske usko chamare par maar do tum aur tumhare rufaqa mein se koi bhi is mein se na khaye.
Hazrat Najeh Khaza'i narrates that I asked: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)! What should we do with an animal whose body gets spoiled? You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Slaughter it. And dip its feet in its blood. And leave this animal for the people so that they may skin it.
And it has been mentioned in the saying of (Imam) Abu Hanifa: The family members of the companions can eat from this animal.
حضرت ناجیہ خزاعی روایت کرتے ہیں کہ میں نے عرض کیا۔ یا رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ! جو بدنہ بگڑ جائے تو ہم اس کے ساتھ کیا کریں ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : اس کو نحر کردو۔ اور اس کے پاؤں کو اس کے خون میں ڈبو دو ۔ اور یہ جانور لوگوں کے لیے چھوڑ دو تاکہ لوگ اس کو کھالیں۔
اور (امام) ابوحنیفہ کا قول یہ ذکر کیا گیا ہے کہ : اس جانور سے رفقاء کے گھر والے کھا سکتے ہیں۔
Hazrat Najiya Khazai riwayat karte hain ke maine arz kiya Ya Rasool Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam jo badanah bigar jaye to hum uske sath kya karen Aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne irshad farmaya usko nahar kardo aur uske paon ko uske khoon mein dubo do aur yeh janwar logon ke liye chhor do taake log usko khaen
Aur Imam Abu Hanifa ka qaul yeh zikar kiya gaya hai ke is janwar se rufaqa ke ghar wale kha sakte hain
