Hazrat Saeed bin Abdur Rahman narrates from his father that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to recite in witr { Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High } and { Say, "O disbelievers," } and { Say, "He is Allah , [who is] One" }.
حضرت سعید بن عبد الرحمن اپنے والد سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) وتروں میں { سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّکَ الأَعْلَی } اور { قُلْ یَا أَیُّہَا الْکَافِرُونَ } اور { قُلْ ہُوَ اللَّہُ أَحَدٌ} پڑھا کرتے تھے۔

It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Ubayy bin Ka'ab that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to recite Witr with { سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّکَ الأَعْلَیٰ } (Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High) and { قُلْ یَا أَیُّہَا الْکَافِرُونَ } (Say, "O disbelievers") and { قُلْ ہُوَ اللَّہُ أَحَدٌ } (Say, "He is Allah , [who is] One")
حضرت ابی بن کعب سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) { سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّکَ الأَعْلَی } اور { قُلْ یَا أَیُّہَا الْکَافِرُونَ } اور { قُلْ ہُوَ اللَّہُ أَحَدٌ} کے ساتھ وتر پڑھا کرتے تھے۔
Hazrat Abi bin Kaab se riwayat hai keh Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) {Subbihisma Rabbikal A'ala} aur {Qul ya ayyuhal kafiroon} aur {Qul Huwallahu Ahad} ke sath witr parha karte thay.
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to perform Witr prayer with three Surahs: { Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High } and { Say, "O disbelievers" } and { Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One"}.
حضرت ابن عباس سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) تین سورتوں کے ساتھ وتر پڑھتے تھے۔ { سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّکَ الأَعْلَی } اور { قُلْ یَا أَیُّہَا الْکَافِرُونَ } اور { قُلْ ہُوَ اللَّہُ أَحَدٌ} کے ساتھ۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas se riwayat hai keh Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) teen suraton ke sath witr parhte thay. {Sabbih isma rabbikal a'ala} aur {Qul ya ayyuhal kafirun} aur {Qul huwallahu ahad} ke sath.
It is narrated from Hazrat Imran bin Husain that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to recite Witr with { سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّکَ الأَعْلَی }.
And it is mentioned in the saying of (Imam) Abu Hanifa that: It is disliked to specify any particular Surah for recitation in Witr prayers.
حضرت عمران بن حصین سے روایت ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) { سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّکَ الأَعْلَی } کے ساتھ وتر پڑھے۔
اور (امام) ابوحنیفہ کا قول یہ ذکر کیا گیا ہے کہ : وتروں میں پڑھنے کے لیے کوئی سورت خاص کرنا مکروہ ہے۔

Aur Imam Abu Hanifa ka qaul yehi zikr kya gaya hai ki witron mein parhne ke liye koi surat khas karna makrooh hai
