It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Ibn Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever changes his religion, kill him."
حضرت ابن عباس سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : جو اپنے دین کو بدل لے تو اس کو قتل کردو۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: Jo apne deen ko badal le to us ko qatal kar do.
Hazrat Abdullah narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The blood of a Muslim man who bears witness that there is no god but Allah and that I (Muhammad) am the Messenger of Allah is not lawful except in one of three cases: a married adulterer, a life for a life, and one who forsakes his religion and separates from the Jama'ah (main body of Muslims)."
حضرت عبداللہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : کسی مرد مسلم جو یہ گواہی دیتا ہو کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں ہے اور میں (محمد (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ) اللہ کا رسول ہوں۔ کا خون تین چیزوں میں سے کسی ایک بغیر حلال نہیں ہے۔ شادی شدہ زانی، جان کے بدلہ میں جان اور اپنے دین کو چھوڑنے والا اور جماعت سے جدائی کرنے والا۔
Hazrat Abdullah bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: kisi mard muslim jo yeh gawahi deta ho ke Allah ke siwa koi mabood nahi hai aur main (Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)) Allah ka rasool hun, ka khoon teen cheezon mein se kisi ek baghair halal nahi hai. Shadi shuda zani, jaan ke badle mein jaan aur apne deen ko chhorne wala aur jamaat se judaai karne wala.
It is reported about the apostate woman in the time of Hazrat Hasan that she should be asked to repent, if she repents then it is okay, otherwise she should be killed.
حضرت حسن سے مرتد عورت کے بارے میں منقول ہے کہ اس سے توبہ کرنے کو کہا جائے گا اگر وہ توبہ کرلے تو ٹھیک ۔ وگرنہ اس کو قتل کردیا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Hassan se murtad aurat ke baare mein manqol hai ki us se tauba karne ko kaha jayega agar wo tauba karle to theek warna us ko qatl kar diya jayega.
Hazrat Hammad says that an apostate woman will be killed.
And it has been mentioned that the saying of (Imam) Abu Hanifa is: If a woman becomes an apostate, she will not be killed.
حضرت حماد فرماتے ہیں کہ مرتد عورت کو قتل کیا جائے گا۔
اور (امام) ابوحنیفہ کا قول لوگ یہ ذکر کیا گیا ہے کہ : اگر عورت مرتد ہوجائے تو اس کو قتل نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Hammad farmate hain keh murtad aurat ko qatal kiya jaye ga.
Aur (Imam) Abu Hanifa ka qaul log ye zikar kiya gaya hai keh: Agar aurat murtad hojaye to us ko qatal nahi kiya jaye ga.
