Hazrat Hassan says that the Friday prayer is the one that is offered when the Imam comes out, if any prayer is offered before that then it is bid'ah (innovation in religion).
حضرت حسن فرماتے ہیں کہ جمعہ کی اذان وہ ہے جو امام کے نکلنے کے وقت دی جائے، اگر کوئی اذان اس سے پہلے ہو تو وہ بدعت ہے۔

Hazrat Hassan says that in the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Adhan would be called when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would arrive for Friday prayers, and when you (the Prophet) would finish the sermon, Iqamah would be called.
حضرت حسن فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے زمانے میں اذان اس وقت ہوتی تھی جب نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) جمعہ کے لیے تشریف لاتے، جب آپ خطبہ سے فارغ ہوتے تو اقامت کہی جاتی تھی۔
Hazrat Hassan farmate hain keh Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ke zamane mein azan us waqt hoti thi jab Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) jummah ke liye tashreef late, jab aap khutba se farigh hote to iqamat kahi jati thi.
Hazrat Zuhri states that the Friday prayer used to be called at the time of the Imam's departure. Then Hazrat Usman, the Amir al-Mu'minin, initiated a third call to prayer from the minaret so that people could gather.
حضرت زہری فرماتے ہیں کہ جمعہ کی اذان امام کے نکلنے کے وقت دی جاتی تھی۔ پھر حضرت عثمان امیر المؤمنین نے منارے پر ایک تیسری اذان کا آغاز کیا تاکہ لوگ جمع ہوجائیں۔
Hazrat Zahri farmate hain keh juma ki azan imam ke nikalne ke waqt di jati thi phir Hazrat Usman ameerul momineen ne minare par ek teesri azan ka aghaz kya taake log jama hojain.
Hazrat Hisham bin Ghaaz says that I asked Nafi' Maula Ibn Umar about the first Adhan of Friday, then he said that Hazrat Ibn Umar said that this is Bid'ah (innovation).
حضرت ہشام بن غاز کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے نافع مولی ابن عمر سے جمعہ کی اذان اول کے بارے میں سوال کیا تو انھوں نے فرمایا کہ حضرت ابن عمر نے فرمایا تھا کہ یہ بدعت ہے۔
Hazrat Hisham bin Ghaaz kahte hain ke main ne Nafe Mola Ibn Umar se Jumma ki azan awal ke bare mein sawal kiya to unhon ne farmaya ke Hazrat Ibn Umar ne farmaya tha ke yeh bidat hai
