Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 5439
Hazrat Hassan says that in the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Adhan would be called when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would arrive for Friday prayers, and when you (the Prophet) would finish the sermon, Iqamah would be called.
حضرت حسن فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے زمانے میں اذان اس وقت ہوتی تھی جب نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) جمعہ کے لیے تشریف لاتے، جب آپ خطبہ سے فارغ ہوتے تو اقامت کہی جاتی تھی۔
Hazrat Hassan farmate hain keh Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ke zamane mein azan us waqt hoti thi jab Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) jummah ke liye tashreef late, jab aap khutba se farigh hote to iqamat kahi jati thi.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُمْ « أَنَّ الْأَذَانَ كَانَ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِذَا خَرَجَ ، فَإِذَا فَرَغَ مِنَ الْخُطْبَةِ أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلَاةُ »
