Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 10700
Hazrat Abu Dhar narrates that I heard from the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he said: I heard from my beloved that He said: The charity of a camel is due on it. Whoever has collected dinars or dirhams or collected silver, whether it is in coins or in bulk, and he has not paid its zakat, and neither has it been made available for a borrower, nor has it been spent in the way of Allah, then it will be a branding iron on the Day of Judgment with which he will be branded.
حضرت ابو ذر فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنایا فرمایا کہ میں نے اپنے محبوب سے سنا وہ فرماتے ہیں : اونٹ (کا حق) اس کا صدقہ کرنا ہے، جس نے دینار یا درہم جمع کیا یا چاندی جمع کی خواہ ڈلی ہو یا ثابت اور اس کو مہیا نہیں کیا گیا قرض خواہ کیلئے اور نہ ہی اس کو اللہ کی راہ میں خرچ کیا گیا تو وہ داغنے (کا آلہ ہے) قیامت کے دن اس سے داغا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Abu Zar farmate hain keh main ne Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se suna, farmaya keh main ne apne mehboob se suna woh farmate hain: Ont (ka haq) is ka sadqa karna hai, jis ne dinar ya dirham jama kiya ya chandi jama ki, chahay dali ho ya sabit aur is ko muhaya nahi kiya gaya qarz k liye aur na hi is ko Allah ki rah mein kharch kiya gaya to woh daghne (ka aala hai) qayamat ke din is se daagha jaye ga.
حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ حُبَابٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ عُبَيْدَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ أَبِي أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَوْسِ بْنِ الْحَدَثَانِ ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ ، أَوْ حَبِيبِي يَقُولُ : " فِي الْإِبِلِ صَدَقَتُهَا : مَنْ جَمَعَ دِينَارًا ، أَوْ دِرْهَمًا ، أَوْ تِبْرًا ، أَوْ فِضَّةً ، وَلَا يُعِدُّهُ لِغَرِيمٍ ، وَلَا يُنْفِقُهُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ، فَهُوَ كَيٌّ يُكْوَى بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ "
