كِتَابُ الْجَنَائِزِ
Regarding wailing over the deceased and what was mentioned about it
فِي النِّيَاحَةِ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ وَمَا جَاءَ فِيهِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 12108
Hazrat Zaid bin Aslam narrates that the meaning of the verse of the Holy Quran {وَلَا يَعْصِينَكَ فِي مَعْرُوفٍ} is that women will not tear their collars, they will not slap their faces, they will not spread their hair (make them disheveled) and they will not cry out ah ah (screaming and lamenting in times of distress).
حضرت زید بن اسلم فرماتے ہیں کہ قرآن پاک کی آیت { وَلاَ یَعْصِیْنَکَ فِیْ مَعْرُوفٍ } سے مراد، عورتیں اپنے گریبان چاک نہیں کریں گی، چہروں پر نہیں ماریں گی، بالوں کو نہیں پھیلائے (بکھیریں) گی اور آہ آہ (مصیبت کے وقت چیخنا اور نوحہ کرنا) نہیں پکاریں گی۔
Hazrat Zaid bin Aslam farmate hain keh Quran Pak ki ayat { wala ya'seena ka fi ma'roof } se murad, aurtain apne gareban chak nahi karengi, chehron per nahi marengi, balon ko nahi phelayengi (bikherengi) gi aur ah ah (museebat ke waqt cheekhna aur nouha karna) nahi pukarengi.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، ﴿ وَلَا يَعْصِينَكَ فِي مَعْرُوفٍ ﴾ [ الممتحنة : ١٢ ] قَالَ : « لَا يَشْقُقْنَ جَيْبًا ، وَلَا يَخْمُشْنَ وَجْهًا ، وَلَا يَنْثُرْنَ شَعْرًا ، وَلَا يَدْعُونَ وَيْلًا »
