كِتَابُ الْأَيْمَانِ وَالنُّذُورِ وَالْكَفَّارَاتِ Regarding the emancipation of a slave who is promised freedom after the master’s death, in expiations
فِي عِتْقِ الْمُدَبَّرِ فِي الْكَفَّارَاتِ

Hazrat Hasan said that a wise slave from your side will be enough.
حضرت حسن فرماتے ہیں کہ تیری طرف سے مدبر غلام کافی ہوجائے گا۔
Hazrat Hasan farmate hain ke teri taraf se mudabbir ghulam kafi hojae ga.
ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : « يُجْزِئُ الْمُدَبَّرُ »
