كِتَابُ الْأَيْمَانِ وَالنُّذُورِ وَالْكَفَّارَاتِ Regarding a man saying: By my life, is there anything upon him
الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ: لَعَمْرِي عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 12293
Hazrat Hassan says that if a person swears by my lifespan, saying they will not do such and such a thing, then if they break their oath, there is an expiation for it.
حضرت حسن فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کوئی شخص قسم اٹھائے کہ میری عمر کی قسم میں یہ یہ نہیں کروں گا، پھر اگر وہ حانث ہوجائے تو اس پر کفارہ ہے۔
Hazrat Hassan farmate hain keh agar koi shakhs qasam uthaye keh meri umar ki qasam mein yeh yeh nahin karoon ga, phir agar woh hanis hojae to us par kaffara hai.
عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ : لَعَمْرِي لَا أَفْعَلُ كَذَا وَكَذَا ، إِنْ حَنِثَ فَعَلَيْهِ الْكَفَّارَةُ "
