١١-
كِتَابُ الْأَيْمَانِ وَالنُّذُورِ وَالْكَفَّارَاتِ Who said an oath is a binding oath that requires expiation
مَنْ قَالَ الْقَسَمُ يَمِينٌ يُكَفَّرُ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 12322
Mujahid reported that, "By Allah he took an oath, and then you recited this verse {And they swear their strongest oaths by Allah}"
حضرت مجاہد فرماتے ہیں کہ قسم یمین ہے پھر آپ نے یہ آیت تلاوت فرمائی، { وَاَقْسَمُوْا بِاللّٰہِ جَھْدَ اَیْمَانِھِمْ }۔
Hazrat Mujahid farmate hain keh qasam yameen hai phir aap ne yeh ayat tilawat farmaee, { waaqsamoo billahi jahda aymanihim }.
ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، قَالَ : « الْقَسَمُ يَمِينٌ »، ثُمَّ قَرَأَ : ﴿ وَأَقْسَمُوا بِاللَّهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ ﴾ [ فاطر : ٤٢ ]
