كِتَابُ الْأَيْمَانِ وَالنُّذُورِ وَالْكَفَّارَاتِ Regarding a man saying he will sacrifice his son
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ هُوَ يَنْحَرُ ابْنَهُ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 12518
Hazrat Shabi said that if someone says that he will slaughter his son, he should perform Hajj of his son.
حضرت شعبی فرماتے ہیں کہ جب کوئی شخص کہے کہ وہ اپنے بیٹے کو ذبح کرے گا تو وہ اپنے بیٹے کو حج کروائے۔
Hazrat Shabi farmate hain keh jab koi shakhs kahe keh woh apne bete ko zibah kare ga to woh apne bete ko Hajj karwaye.
وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ فِرَاسٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا قَالَ : هُوَ يَنْحَرُهُ ، قَالَ : يَحُجُّهُ "
