كِتَابُ الْأَيْمَانِ وَالنُّذُورِ وَالْكَفَّارَاتِ Who permitted the emancipation of a child born out of wedlock
مَنْ رَخَّصَ فِي عِتْقِ وَلَدِ الزِّنَا
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 12538
Hazrat Taus narrates from his father that he was asked about setting a child born to a slave woman free. He replied that there is no harm in setting such a child free.
حضرت طاؤس اپنے والد سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ ولد الزنی کو آزاد کرنے کے متعلق فرمایا کہ اس کو آزاد کرنے میں کچھ حرج نہیں۔
Hazrat Taous apne walid se riwayat karte hain ke waladul zina ko azad karne ke mutaliq farmaya ke usko azad karne mein kuch harj nahi.
وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، فِي عِتْقِ وَلَدِ الزِّنَا قَالَ : « لَهُ مَا احْتَسَبَ »
