Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 13477
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Ayesha that when the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to assume the state of Ihram, he would apply the finest perfume, to the extent that the glow of that perfume could be seen on your blessed beard and blessed head.
حضرت عائشہ سے مروی ہے کہ جب حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) احرام باندھنے لگتے تو بہترین خوشبو لگاتے، یہاں تک کہ اس خوشبو کی چمک آپ کی داڑھی مبارک اور سر مبارک میں دیکھی جاتی۔
Hazrat Aisha se marvi hai keh jab Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ehram bandhne lagte to behtarin khushbu lagate, yahan tak keh is khushbu ki chamak aap ki darhi mubarak aur sar mubarak mein dekhi jati.
أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، « أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُحْرِمَ ادَّهَنَ بِأَطْيَبِ دُهْنٍ يَجِدُهُ ، حَتَّى أَرَى وَبِيصَهُ فِي لِحْيَتِهِ وَرَأْسِهِ »
