Regarding a man obliged to walk to the House of Allah, but he walks part of the way and then becomes unable
الرَّجُلُ يُجْعَلُ عَلَيْهِ الْمَشْيُ إِلَى بَيْتِ اللَّهِ فَيَمْشِي بَعْضَ الطَّرِيقِ، ثُمَّ يَعْجِزُ

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 13576
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saw a man walking with great difficulty with the support of two men. Yazid, the narrator, says that he was walking with the support of his two sons. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked: “What is this?” The Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) submitted: “This man has vowed to go to the House of Allah on foot.” The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Surely, Allah is not in need of putting this man through this hardship. Go and tell him to ride (an animal).”
حضرت انس سے مروی ہے کہ حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ایک شخص کو دیکھا کہ وہ بڑی مشکل سے دو آدمیوں کے سہارے چل رہا ہے، یزید راوی فرماتے ہیں کہ وہ اپنے دو بیٹوں کے سہارے چل رہا تھا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے دریافت فرمایا : یہ کیا ہے ؟ صحابہ کرام نے عرض کیا کہ اس شخص نے نذر مانی ہے کہ وہ پیدل بیت اللہ جائے گا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : بیشک اللہ تعالیٰ اس شخص کو اس طرح کی تکلیف میں مبتلا کرنے سے بےنیاز ہے جاؤ اس کو کہو کہ سوار ہو کر جائے۔
Hazrat Anas se marvi hai ki Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne aik shakhs ko dekha ki woh bari mushkil se do aadmiyon ke sahare chal raha hai, Yazid ravi farmate hain ki woh apne do beton ke sahare chal raha tha, Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne دریافت فرمایا : Yeh kya hai ? Sahaba kiram ne arz kiya ki is shakhs ne nazr maani hai ki woh paidal Baitullah jayega, Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya : Beshak Allah Ta'ala is shakhs ko is tarah ki takleef mein مبتلا karne se beniaz hai jao usko kaho ki sawar ho kar jaye.
أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ ، وَيَزِيدُ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ : رَأَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ رَجُلًا يُهَادَى بَيْنَ رَجُلَيْنِ ، وَقَالَ يَزِيدُ : بَيْنَ ابْنَيْهِ ، فَقَالَ : « مَا هَذَا ؟» فَقَالُوا : نَذَرَ أَنْ يَمْشِيَ ، فَقَالَ : « إِنَّ اللَّهَ ﷿ مِنْ تَعْذِيبِ هَذَا لَغَنِيٌّ ، مُرُوهُ فَلْيَرْكَبْ »، إِلَّا أَنَّ يَزِيدَ قَالَ : عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ هَذَا
