كِتَابُ الْحَجِّ
Concerning the person in a state of Ihram who is prevented, and those who say that once he sacrifices his offering he becomes permissible
فِي الْمُحْصَرِ مَنْ كَانَ يَقُولُ: إِذَا ذَبَحَ هَدْيَهُ حَلَّ

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said that if someone is obliged to perform Hajj and sets out but is then prevented from doing so, they should send their Hadi (sacrificial animal). When the Hadi reaches the place of sacrifice, they should take off their Ihram and return home if they wish. They can then put on Ihram again and perform Hajj later.
حضرت محمد فرماتے ہیں کہ جب کسی شخص پر حج فرض ہوجائے اور چل پڑے پھر اس کو روک دیا جائے تو وہ ھدی بھیجے گا، جب ھدی ذبح کے مقام تک پہنچ جائے تو وہ احرام کھول دے اور واپس چلا جائے اگر چاہے تو اور اس پر دوبارہ احرام باندھ کر حج کی قضا ہے۔
Hazrat Muhammad farmate hain keh jab kisi shakhs par Hajj farz hojae aur chal pare phir us ko rok diya jae to woh hadi bheje ga, jab hadi zabah ke muqam tak pohanch jae to woh ehram khol de aur wapas chala jae agar chahe to aur us par dobara ehram bandh kar Hajj ki qaza hai.
أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ : " كَانَ يَقُولُ : إِذَا فَرَضَ الرَّجُلُ الْحَجَّ فَأَصَابَهُ حَصْرٌ ، فَإِنَّهُ يَبْعَثُ بِهَدْيِهِ ، فَإِذَا بَلَغَ الْهَدْيُ مَحِلَّهُ ، فَإِنَّهُ إِنْ شَاءَ رَجَعَ وَحَلَّ مِنْ أَشْيَاءَ ، وَحَرُمَ مِنْ أُخْرَى " حَدَّثَنَا
