كِتَابُ النِّكَاحِ
Regarding a man who undresses a woman and touches her who is not lawful for his son, even if it is the father.
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُجَرِّدُ الْمَرْأَةَ وَيَلْتَمِسُهَا مَنْ لَا تَحِلُّ لِابْنِهِ، وَإِنْ فَعَلَ الْأَبُ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 16223
It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Hakim that when the time of death of Hadrat Masruq approached, he said, "I have only kept such a relationship with this slave-girl of mine that she has become unlawful for my sons," meaning touching and seeing.
حضرت حکم فرماتے ہیں کہ جب حضرت مسروق کی وفات کا وقت آیا تو انھوں نے فرمایا کہ میں نے اپنی اس باندی سے صرف اتنا تعلق رکھا ہے جس سے یہ میرے بیٹوں پر حرام ہوگئی ہے یعنی چھونا اور دیکھنا۔
Hazrat Hukm farmate hain keh jab Hazrat Masrooq ki wafat ka waqt aya to unhon ne farmaya keh maine apni is bandi se sirf itna taluq rakha hai jis se yeh mere beton per haram hogayi hai yani chhona aur dekhna.
أَبُو خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ مَسْرُوقٌ حِينَ حَضَرَتْهُ الْوَفَاةُ : « إِنِّي لَمْ أُصِبْ مِنْ جَارِيَتِي هَذِهِ ، إِلَّا مَا يُحَرِّمُهَا عَلَى وَلَدِي الْمَسَّ وَالنَّظَرَ »
