‌مَنْ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «يَسْتَبْرِئُ الْأَمَةَ بِحَيْضَةٍ»

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَشْتَرِي الْجَارِيَةَ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ

‌مَنْ قَالَ: يَسْتَبْرِئُ الْأَمَةَ بِحَيْضَتَيْنِ إِذَا كَانَتْ تَحِيضُ

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَشْتَرِي الْأَمَةَ، يُصِيبُ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا دُونَ الْفَرْجِ أَمْ لَا

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَبِيعَ الْجَارِيَةَ، مَنْ قَالَ: يَسْتَبْرِئُهَا

In the saying of Allah: 'Your women are a tilth for you'

‌فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: ﴿نِسَاؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَكُمْ﴾ [

In His saying: 'Come to them from where Allah has commanded you'

‌فِي قَوْلِهِ ﴿فَأْتُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَكُمُ اللَّهُ﴾ [

In His saying: 'And you will never be able to be equal between women, even if you strive to do so'

‌فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: ﴿وَلَنْ تَسْتَطِيعُوا أَنْ تَعْدِلُوا بَيْنَ النِّسَاءِ وَلَوْ حَرَصْتُمْ﴾ [

Who said: If he closes the door and lowers the curtain, the dowry is obligatory

‌مَنْ قَالَ: إِذَا أَغْلَقَ الْبَابَ وَأَرْخَى السِّتْرَ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ الصَّدَاقُ

‌مَنْ قَالَ: لَهَا نِصْفُ الصَّدَاقِ

‌فِي امْرَأَةِ الْمَفْقُودِ، مَنْ قَالَ: لَيْسَ لَهَا أَنْ تُزَوَّجَ

‌وَمَنْ قَالَ: تَعْتَدُّ وَتُزَوَّجُ وَلَا تَرَبَّصُ

‌فِي الْمَفْقُودِ يَجِيءُ وَقَدْ تَزَوَّجَتِ امْرَأَتُهُ

In the man who has a slave girl and divorces her irrevocably, then she returns to her master and he has intercourse with her, can her husband take her back

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ تَحْتَهُ الْوَلِيدَةُ فَيُطَلِّقُهَا طَلَاقًا بَائِنًا فَتَرْجِعُ إِلَى سَيِّدِهَا فَيَطَؤُهَا، أَلِزَوْجِهَا أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا

In the man who has four wives and divorces one of them, who hates to marry a fifth until the waiting period of the divorced one ends
