‌فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: ﴿وَلَنْ تَسْتَطِيعُوا أَنْ تَعْدِلُوا بَيْنَ النِّسَاءِ وَلَوْ حَرَصْتُمْ﴾ [

‌فِي الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ تَحْتَهُ الْوَلِيدَةُ فَيُطَلِّقُهَا طَلَاقًا بَائِنًا فَتَرْجِعُ إِلَى سَيِّدِهَا فَيَطَؤُهَا، أَلِزَوْجِهَا أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا
