كِتَابُ النِّكَاحِ On the man who accuses his wife before consummation, what does she get of the dowry
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْذِفُ امْرَأَتَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا، مَا لَهَا مِنَ الصَّدَاقِ

Hazrat Ata (may Allah be pleased with him) said that if a man accuses his wife of adultery before consummation of marriage, then the man will divorce her and she will get half of the mahr.
حضرت عطائ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کوئی شخص دخول سے پہلے اپنی بیوی پر تہمت لگادے تو مرد اس سے لعان کرے گا اور اسے آدھا مہر ملے گا۔
Hazrat Ata (RA) farmate hain keh agar koi shakhs dukhool se pehle apni biwi par tohmat lagaday to mard us se liaan kare ga aur usay aadha mehr milay ga.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَحْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، قَالَ : « يُلَاعِنُ ، وَلَهَا نِصْفُ الصَّدَاقِ »
