Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 17634
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: No man should propose marriage upon the proposal of his brother.
حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ کوئی آدمی اپنے بھائی کے پیام نکاح پر پیام نکاح نہ بھیجے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) se riwayat hai keh Rasul Allah (SAW) ne irshad farmaya keh koi aadmi apne bhai ke payam nikah par payam nikah na bheje.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ : « لَا يَخْطُبُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ »
