Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 17685
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) decided that the child belongs to the father.
حضرت عمر (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فیصلہ فرمایا کہ بچہ باپ کا ہوگا۔
Hazrat Umar (RA) se riwayat hai keh Rasool Allah (SAW) ne faisla farmaya keh baccha baap ka hoga.
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ « بِالْوَلَدِ لِلْفِرَاشِ »
