What they said about the divorce of an idiot

‌مَا قَالُوا: فِي طَلَاقِ الْمَعْتُوهِ

Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the divorce of a woman in her menstrual period is not valid.

حضرت سعید بن مسیب (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ معتوہ کی طلاق کوئی چیز نہیں ہے۔

Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab (RA) farmate hain ke matoofa ki talaq koi cheez nahin hai.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ : « طَلَاقُهُ لَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ »
