What they said about the divorce of an idiot

‌مَا قَالُوا: فِي طَلَاقِ الْمَعْتُوهِ

Hazrat Shuraih (R.A) said that the divorce of a woman in her menses is nothing (i.e., it does not take place).

حضرت شریح (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ معتوہ کی طلاق کوئی چیز نہیں ہے۔

Hazrat Shurai (RA) farmate hain keh mawtua ki talaq koi cheez nahi hai

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : نا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ ، عَنْ أَبِي حُصَيْنٍ ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ : « لَا يَجُوزُ طَلَاقُهُ »
